Services are provided based on consultation, hair condition, individual needs, and professional assessment. Results may vary from client to client, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their hair history, treatments, products, allergies, sensitivities, and other information that may be relevant to their service.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
A $25 booking fee is required to reserve an appointment. The $25 booking fee is deducted from your final service fee when you complete your appointment.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice to qualify for a refund of the $25 booking fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows do not qualify for a refund of the booking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or reschedule a service when necessary for safety, hair condition, scheduling, or other legitimate business reasons.
