A $25 booking fee is required when scheduling an appointment. This fee is not an additional service charge. It will be applied toward and deducted from your final service balance at the time of your appointment.
To qualify for a refund of the $25 booking fee, an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
48+ hours' notice: Eligible for a refund of the $25 booking fee. Less than 48 hours' notice: Booking fee is non-refundable.
No-show: Booking fee is non-refundable.
The remaining service balance is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Because salon services are personalized and performed specifically for each client, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
